WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Typically, it takes about 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday) for your order to be successfully processed. The order deadline is at 10:00 PM. The average delivery time within Germany and the United Kingdom is 4-8 days (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery times apply to weekdays in Germany (CET/CEST) and the United Kingdom (GMT/BST).
MY EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED, WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders are usually delivered within the expected delivery period. However, there may be delays. If you have not received your order after 2 additional days beyond the original delivery deadline, please send an email to:info@submodei.com
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For orders at At Submodei, you always benefit from free shipping.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR DELIVERIES TO THE UNITED KINGDOM?
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, additional charges such as UK VAT and customs duties may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. You may receive further information or documentation from customs authorities for processing.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes – under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. At Submodei, we offer you an extended return period of 30 days from the delivery date.
WHAT CAN I DO IF SOME PRODUCTS ARE MISSING?
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure quality, products may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products at the same time, they may not be delivered at the same time. Don't worry, your order is on the way. The rest is usually delivered within 1 to 3 days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DELIVERY IS DAMAGED?
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please immediately contact our customer service at info@submodei.com
Please take pictures of the damage and attach them to your email. Please do not return the item without sending us pictures first. We will replace the item free of charge.
